LIVER DETOX SMOOTHIE

This will help cleanse your liver, boost your immune system and benefit cardiovascular health. The parsley will help you deal with the garlic and serve as an antioxidant.

​Drink this smoothie before you eat breakfast and again before you eat dinner.
  • Strawberries: 4 small
  • Celery: 2 stalks, with leaves, coarsely chopped
  • Spinach: 1 cup fresh
  • Grapefruit: 1/2 small
  • Lime: 1/2
  • Garlic: 1 clove, crushed
  • ​Parsley: 1 cup, chopped
  • ​1/2 cup to 1 cup of water as needed to liquify
