Week 3 Assignment 1/18/2016

We are off and running! This week we’ll finish our first book of the Success Run! Amazing…time is moving quickly. Last week we examined our fears, how our thinking habits affect our business and our belief systems about money.  I’m sure you were surprised at what this revealed.  If you’re just joining the team, it’s not too late to join us on our success run.

Here’s this week’s assignment. Be sure to comment below as you journey towards your success and complete the assignment.

Read Distinction 4 to Distinction 1:

4: Millionaires believe they must be generous, the middle class believes it can’t
     afford to give
3: Millionaires have multiple sources of income.  The middle class has only one or
      two
2: Millionaires focus on increasing their net worth. The middle class focus on
     increasing its paychecks
1: Millionaires ask themselves empowering questions. Middle class people ask
      themselves disempowering questions.

Consider and answer the following questions:

1. Have you ever been in a position to be generous with a stranger, such as paying for a
meal? Gas? Or coffee? If so how did it make you feel? Or have you been on the
receiving end? How did it make you feel?

2. As you build your Jeunesse business, how can you put intentional congruence into
    practice?

3. Do you ask yourself empowering questions on a regular basis? What empowering
questions did you consider as you read Distinction #1 as they relate to your Jeunesse
business? How did reading this distinction change how you ask yourself questions
    about your Jeunesse business?

Distinction #2 encourages the reader to start a network marketing business...YAY! We are on the right track! Practice random acts of kindness this week & share with the group on the Facebook page.

Distinction #4: Millionaires believe they must be generous, the middle class believes it can’t afford to give
* Being generous is a blessing to the giver more than the receiver.
....Recently I went on the road and stopped for lunch. As I said and ate, I thought of the many people who don't have anything to eat....so, even though I did not have 'alot' of money...after eating...I went back to the cashier and order something for someone that I would meet on the way home. I did meet someone and it was very humbling to see the respond of the homeless gentleman that I shared with that day. Grateful for that opportunity and look for ward to more sharing as I grow and develop.

Distinction #3: Millionaires have multiple sources of income. The middle class has only one or two
* Millionaires create passive income (make their money work for them) while middle class believe they must do everything themselves (work hard for their money)

Intentional Congruence will help me as I have created my success plan and will work it methodically by focusing on my small daily action plan

* I am working on creating multiple streams of income (pushing pass the limit lines)

Distinction #2: Millionaires focus on increasing their net worth. The middle class focus on increasing its paychecks
*Everyone should have a small business

Distinction #1: Millionaires ask themselves empowering questions.... Middle class people ask themselves dis-empowering questions.

* The questions you ask yourself determines the results you get
* You learn to think for yourself when you ask empowering questions
* Trying to live up to the expectation of others is a TRAP!

EMPOWERING QUESTIONS I AM ASKING MYSELF
1. How can I earn $100,000 this year?
2. What is life trying to teach me at this moment?
3. How can I build stronger relationships?
4. In what ways can I improve my leadership skills?

Kim...random acts of kindness really make you stop and ponder all they blessings we aleady have. Evengthough, we might not think our actions are that important or big...it's the impact of the gesture that make the act very rewarding. I love your empowering questions! They are truly pushing you to achieve your greatness. Thanks for sharing!!

The end of the book was definitely the meat for me, i was engrossed in it, reading it over and over, listening again and again. I loved this book it came at the the right time for me.
I live my life as a generous being, some people say to a fault, I disagree because I believe in the bible principles of giving, however I recently learnt to not give all but to keep a little for myself. I think I give so much for the way it makes me feel. On my birthday instead of requesting gifts I give gifts. At one time the Spirit spoke to me to give this individual a signifancant a out of cash, I was bit reluctant, however I gave it and walked away, the person ran me down with tears in their eyes telling me that was the exact amount they were praying for.
Intentional Congruence is essential in my Jeunesse business because it creates synchronicity, I love what the author says passive income, team and intentional congruence is a 3 strand cord.
Asking myself empowering questions is now my daily habit or life's work. I came to realize that my mind is where my battle is. The empowering question that came to mind reading this chapter was, How can I enrich someone's life today by sharing my Jeunesse opportunity? Reading this chapter showed me how I can gain control of my life by changing my inner dialogue, my self talk. Be aware of the questions I am asking myself, make sure they are empowering. Thanks for this book, I am awaking from from my slumber.

Jasmine...your insight inspires me! I've enjoyed reading what you have to share. Reading this book is like looking at a painting, we each have different perspective on what we see, and in this case what we read. Giving of yourself is an amazing act of selflessness. Thanks again for your input!
