90-DAY BUSINESS: What To Do When People Say "No"

Ok ... let's deal with the Elephant in the Room.   One of the biggest reasons many people are afraid to sell or recruit new business partners is because they're afraid of the word "NO".  So let's tackle that.

Here are some things to consider:

"NO" WILL NOT KILL YOU!
Seriously now, if you're in Jeunesse, you're at least 18 years old.  Most of us are 30 and up.  By now, you've heard the word "NO" at least a million times in your life.  If you're married ... multiply that by 10!  LOL!!!!!!

So here's the big question ... we know you didn't like it, BUT DID YOU DIE? 

I love it when Mr. Chow asks that question in the movie, The Hangover.  It's so simple, yet so powerful.  

Bottom line ... STOP TRIPPING, IT'S JUST NO ... YOU'RE NOT GONNA DIE!

"NO" DOESN'T EVEN MEAN "NO"​

No really means .... NOT RIGHT NOW" ... IT'S NOT THE RIGHT TIME FOR ME.

Did you know that everyone joins the business at the very same time?  Seriously ... everyone joins at 12 o'clock.  It's just that everyone's 12 o'clock is different.
12 o'clock symbolizes the "right time" for a particular individual.  So you just need to be the one to share the message with them, and make sure that you're around when 12 o'clock in their life rolls around.

No also means ... I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH INFORMATION YET.
Any parent who's ever said no and then said yes later, knows this one.  Sometimes, we just can't say YES until we know everything that WE need to know.  

By the way, the art is in learning to discern when to ask for the deal.  One way to avoid this particular "NO" is to ask, "If you were to consider doing this, is there any additional information that you would need before you could decide?"  I ask this question when I get the feeling that the person I'm talking to isn't quite there yet.

And ok, it's true, SOMETIMES NO REALLY DOES MEAN NO.  And that's ok... all you do is flip it around and move ON.

That said, I prefer to be like a child.  You know kids.  For them ....

"NO" IS JUST THE BEGINNING OF THE SALE

You see that face?  You know you're gonna say YES, right?  Mom or Dad said NO to his request for candy or ice cream.  In his mind, the kid said, "Alright!  I'm so glad we got that out of the way ... NOW LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS!" ... and then he turned up the heat!

This worked so well for us as kids.  And you know what, it still works.   NOOOO, I'm not talking about begging.  I'm talking about NOT EVEN HEARING OR BEING PHASED BY THE WORD NO.  When we were kids, NO bounced off of us like bullets on Superman.  WE NEED TO GET BACK TO THAT AND STOP BEING SO SENSITIVE!

When you can get over your issues with the word NO, you can get down to the real business of what do you need to do to help this person get the information they need to say YES, or to at least make sure that you are in the neighborhood when their 12 o'clock comes around.

​SO GET OVER IT!

Alright, let's wrap this up.  So what do you say when someone watches your videos and says "NO".  Either NO, I don't wanna watch another one.  Or NO I don't wanna buy, join, or sell.  

I recommend that you do 2 things:  Keep it Classy ... and Plant Some Seeds.

Here's an example of what you could write or say:

"​Cool. No problem.  Thanks for watching the first video for me.  I just want to give you a heads up that this company did over $1 Billion in 2015 ... Year 6 ... making it the fastest company in our industry to reach that milestone.

They also paid out over $500 Million USD in commissions to people like you and me.

I've decided to build a successful business with this company ... and I'm excited about it.

Here's all I want from you .... be a Cheerleader for me.  A voice of Encouragement and Positive Energy as I push toward my goals.  Just shoot me an encouraging word from time to time.  And let me update you on my progress every 3 to 6 months.

And if you come across someone who wants to make more money than they're currently making, please send them my way.  I'll show them some videos and let them make their own decision.

[Side note ... the Google search I just did to find a picture of a cheerleader was AWESOME! LOL!  It took some work to find the least offensive picture possible. I'm dying with laughter over here.....]

But seriously, it's just that simple.  And it's the reason I don't lose friends over my prospecting efforts.  All you have do to is balance Professionalism, Confidence, and Graciousness ... and NO won't be a problem.

LAST WORD:  IF NO ONE IS TELLING YOU NO, YOU'RE NOT DOING ANYTHING!  

Michael Jordan is inarguably one of the greatest -- if not THE greatest -- to play the game of basketball.  He's made hundreds of millions selling sneakers, underwear, etc ... because everyone wants "to be like Mike".  

But as you can see in the picture, he didn't always win.  His shots didn't always go in.  Sometimes he let the team and fans down.  He failed over and over and over.  BUT HE KEPT TAKING SHOTS!  And that's why he's a WINNER!

So you've gotta keep taking shots.  You gotta have NOs in order to get YESes.   Ask any success story in Jeunesse -- or in network marketing -- and they'll tell you the same thing, "When you've had as many people tell you NO as I have, YOU WILL BE ON TOP!"

Now go get those NOs!

In talking with many of you, it's clear that some of you guys need last week to be considered a "warm up"! LOL!!!

... SO LET'S TRY THIS AGAIN!

Week Two Assignment will be the same as Week One ... BUT THIS TIME, I'M CHALLENGING YOU TO REALLY DO IT.  BE TRUE TO YOUR GOALS ... AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!

Here's your assignment for Week One:
  1. Set a Goal ... Where do you want to be on March 31?  Jade? Pearl? Sapphire?  Ruby? Emerald?  Depending on where you are now, you may be able to achieve those ranks if you focus focus focus and really work at your business every day.  SO WHAT'S YOUR GOAL?

    • Ask each person, "Hi ______, would you mind doing me a huge favor?  I'm in a challenge this week and I need 5 people to watch a short video for me today.  If the video was only __ minutes, would you watch it for me and give me your feedback?"
      • If they say "Yes", say "Great! When would you watch it?" 
      • Once they tell you when, go ahead and send them the video.  
      • Follow up with them 5 minutes after the time they said they'd watch it.
        • Ask them, "What did you like most about it?"
        • If they give you a positive answer, say, "Great! I appreciate you helping me complete my challenge for the day.  But it sounds like you liked what you saw.  If I sent you a video that told you more about the company and the products, would you take 15 minutes to watch it?"
        • If they say "Yes", say "Great! When would you watch it?" 
        • Once they tell you when, go ahead and send them the video.  
          • Then contact your coach immediately by Text, Whatsapp, or Facebook Messenger to get the next step!

ES MOMENTO DE SER “CICLO CONSIENTE”

Comisiones de equipo son una parte sumamente importante . Si maximizas esta parte del plan, Podrás  ganar hasta $26,250/por semana .

Sin embargo No sucede si no te enfocas en crear ciclos en tu negocio .  Es correcto , no puedes solo desear que los ciclos sucedan solos.  Tienes que intencionalmente crearlos.



QUE ES UN CICLO?
Un ciclo sucede cada vez que 300 puntos se generan o se acumulan en un lado de tu negocio, y 600 puntos se acumulan en el otro lado.

  • No importa de qué lado están los puntos,solo 300 y el otro 600
  • Ciclos se calculan todos los días y todo en día.
  • Los puntos se pueden cambiar 300 o 600 de cualquier lado.
  • Cada ciclo te paga $35:
    • ​100 ciclos /mes (Sapphire ELITE) = $3500 / mes... Suficiente para pagar la mayoría de las hipotecas/rentas 
    • 200 ciclos/mes (Ruby) = $7000 al mes. Suficiente para pagar la mayoría de los gastos mensuales.
    • 500 ciclos/mes (Emerald) = $17,500 al mes...suficiente para retirar a cualquier persona ​

COMO CICLAS?
Todo el volumen que se genera en tu negocio cuenta, excepto el volumen personal . Esto incluye:
  • Nuevas personas 
  • Auto envío  
  • Productos comprados por clientes y distribuidores .
Así que obvio, entre más negocio mejor negocio.

Como puedo influenciar y crecer mis ciclos y negocio?

  • Enseña a tus miembros a tener un auto envío sólido. Es fácil si usan el producto cada mes. Ser producto del producto.
  • Enseñar a nuevos distribuidores el valor de los paquetes grandes. El paquete embajador es una mejor opción . Porque? 
    • Tendrías mucho más producto que puedes tu personalmente probar y así poder recomendar 
    • Podrás tener más producto que puedes vender al menudeo. Así puedes recuperar tu dinero rápidamente .
    • Así podrás tener más producto que puedes vender o mostrar .
    • Mostrar producto Es la mejor manera de obtener clientes y distribuidores.
    • Las personas hacen lo que tú haces , además promueves más como tú ingresaste a la compañía .
      • My filosofía personal es No importa el nivel que la persona entra, solo que se el mejor .  
    • ​Es mucho más fácil crecer tu negocio con 500 puntos a la vez en lugar de 100 puntos. Lo que hace crecer tu negocio es cuando lo haces con integridad y demostrar que quieres ayudar a otras personas.
Ciclos no pasan solos. Tienes que hacer que pasen. Ahora que entiendes las diferentes maneras de influenciar los ciclos por mes en tu negocio. Tomen un momento de pensar y visualizar los ciclos de su éxito!​
Y poner una meta.. Cuantos ciclos obtendré este mes?

It's Time to Get " CYCLE CONSCIOUS"

Team Commissions are a HUGE part of the plan ... you could literally earn as much as $26,250/week if you maximized this part of the plan.

However, it won't happen if you don't FOCUS on CREATING cycles in your business.  That's right ... you can't just hope cycles are going to happen.  You have to be INTENTIONAL about creating them.

WHAT IS A CYCLE? 
​A  cycle happens every time you have 300 points generated or accumulated on one side of your business and 600 points on the other.  
  • It doesn't matter which side has the 300 or the 600
  • Cycles are calculated every day all day as they happen
  • The 300 side and the 600 side can switch ... which makes it very cool
  • Every time you cycle you get paid $35:
    • Cycle 100 times/month (Sapphire ELITE) = $3500/month ... enough to pay most rents/mortgages
    • Cycle 200 times/month (Ruby) = $7000/month ... enough to pay most people's monthly bills
    • Cycle 500 times/month (Emerald) = $17,500/month ... enough to retire most people from their jobs

HOW DO YOU CYCLE?
All of the volume that you generate in your business ... except your own personal volume ... contributes to your cycles.  This includes:
  • New Signups
  • Autoships
  • Product purchases by Customers and/or Distributors
So obviously, the more business your business does, the more you will cycle.

What can you do to influence and grow your cycles/month?
  • Teach your team members to have a SOLID AUTOSHIP PHILOSOPHY ... this is easy if you create value for the products and they use the products every month -- becoming "products of the products"
  • Teach new enrollees the value of the higher packages. Let's face it, the Ambassador Pack is a much greater value than the others.  Why?
    • You have more products that you can personally try.  It's a proven fact, you will only be able to effectively promote products that you have personally tried.
    • You have more products that you can retail.  One way to make your money back is to retail the products that come in your starter pack.
    • You have more products that you can sample and share.  Sampling is the All-Time Best Way to get new customers and new business partners.  If they Try It, they'll Buy It!
    • And people tend to do what YOU do.  Plus, you'll promote the way that YOU came in the most.  People will ask you what you did.
      • My personal philosophy is that "it doesn't matter what level a person comes in at ... as long as it is THE BEST LEVEL THAT THEY CAN COME IN AT."  That means that if the Basic Pack is the best level a person can do, then that is where they should come in.  But if the Ambassador Pack is the best level that a person can start at, then there is no other level that makes sense for them ... because if they come in at a lower level, that sends a negative signal to all of the people that come in after them.  Get it?
    • Ultimately, it's a whole lot easier to grow your business 400 or 500 points at a time vs. 100 points at a time.  So it also makes business sense for you to understand and promote the value of the higher packs.  NOTE: We're not telling you to make or manipulate people into doing a higher pack than they can for your own benefit.  What really makes your business work is when you build with integrity and care for the interests of the people that are joining your team. 

That said, cycles don't just happen.  You've gotta make em happen.   Now that you understand the different ways to influence the number of cycles per month in your business, take some time to think about and visualize your Cycle Success.  

And set a goal .... How many cycles will your business do this month?
